Need help with a 1/4 Honda FF

I'm trying to figure these cars out as I see a lot of people opening up "Honda FF Only" drag lobbies. Before I start off this thread, for 1/4 drag I was thinking of using the Civic Type R (EK). Is there something that would be better than that, like the Integra variants?
I've been doing speed tests on SSRX for about 2 hours now and can't get any better times. So far my best is 12.851.
Transmission settings:
1- 3.224
2- 2.295
3- 1.761
4- 1.426
5- 1.189
6- 1.034
Final- 4.500

I'm not asking for your specific tune, I just need some guidance with where to start. If the Civic isn't the correct car to be using in Honda FF's, please point me in the right direction.

Change the oil. Break it in (200 Miles) change the oil again. Whala!

U need to break in those car, put about 200 miles and do an oil change and will get a bump in hp, also if u can pick up a premium Integra Type R that would b your better that are faster, about your tune can you figure out swara tune they are proven helpful.
