Need help with Audi R8 4.2 FSI R TRONIC '07 please

Hey guyz i have challenge with this car (Audi R8 4.2) in madrid circuit and im not a very nice tuner, could anybody here help me with the optimal settings for this car for this circuit please. 👍

I forgot to say the car is fully tuned with every possible upgrade.
