I am having problems getting my exit speed up enough to keep up with others. Tsukuba I am doing decent on, only .7 off from #1, although that translates to over 200+ ranking overall in the us. I can keep up decently until it comes to corner exit. Does anyone have any tips that will possibly help me out? abs 1 no aids otherwise.

Do a barrel roll!

Just kidding. Post us a vid so we can critique it :)

You are probably taking what most people think is the "proper" line in turn 1. You probably stay pretty close to the inside of the corner thinking it's the shortest way around. The thing is turn 1 acts a bit like a decreasing radius corner because of the crap tires you are given. To combat that I like to go in a little higher than most and stay about 1 car off the apron. At that point try pointing the right front tire just to the left of the rumble strip and try getting the power down. This is what some call diamonding a corner to some degree. the corner exit is WAY WAY more important than the center speed.
