need help with 'like the wind' in Bspec

my a spec is 10 and b spec is 27, i have the pagani zonda R, mazda furai, mclaren f1, corvette zr1 (standard and RM): all are maxed out and cant win the indy race. i slaughtered in the daytona race with the furai, but the best i ever got at indy was 3rd in the zonda r and that was because of serious luck involving an excessivly defensive vertigo road hog that stopped everyone except me and 2 others
