Need help with my GT Planet account please!

Yesterday a message appeared at the top the GT Planet screen stating the following; "Your account must be associated with a valid email address to post messages. Click here for more information." So i did. I then followed what it said about clicking the link for the activation codes and to check my spam box if it doesn't appear in my inbox, all of which i have done - at least a dozen times! I have entered my valid email address yet nothing is working and because of that i can't post in this forum any longer. Most confusing thing is why has it happened? Nothing has changed at my end so why has this message appeared and my account basicly frozen? Hope this can be solved! 👍

Yes, done everything it states at least a dozen times!

I checked the email logs, and I see your email provider returned an error message to GTPlanet's mail server indicating that your email account was disabled. This "blacklisted" your email account with GTPlanet and disabled your account here as well.

I have removed your current email address from the blacklist so you can try re-activating it again. However, please note that if this happens again you will need to activate your account with another address.

Hmm, i wonder if this is due to a Broadband fault the village i live in has been having? Our broadband went down for nearly a week but i didn't think it would affect my email address and forum settings! Thanks for your assistance, it's appreciated
