I've found out about Local Decals sometime ago. I initially thought I could take images saved on my system as Decals without a hassle. Not the case, apparently. I also can't seem to find a way to get Decals made by other Users, meaning I'm essentially forced to replicate Decals I want all on my own.
I feel like this will be very difficult without leaving some accidental imperfections like I've seen on some Decals in other games. I DID hear that there was a program or two that allows you to lay a picture over the game screen so you could use it as reference for the Decal you're making. Sadly, I can only find a lot of info about this on PC, barely anything about Xbox systems after the 360.
Can anyone help me out? Is Overlaying an Image even possible on an Xbox Series X while playing an Xbox One game?
