I didn't have a brake balance controller, and I regret not purchasing it. The additon of the controller would have improved braking performance, and cornering.
For Deep Forest I softened the Springs and raised the ride height.
I ran Apricot hill with settings identical to Cote D'Azur. One thing that I found was that this car needs to keep all four wheels on the ground. Any loss of traction resulted in a significant loss of speed.
If you're running the Elise Pro series, clean runs are a must.
