MARKYYY
Hey guys, I have a maxxed out tommy kaira ZZ-II, but I'm not sure how to set up the diff and the suspension.

The car understeer's alot.

Anyone got any advice?

Thanks in advance guys đź‘Ť

I believe negative toe, a stiffer rear sway bar, or stiffer rear springs/softer front springs can all help. Messing with the downforce balance (front/rear) should make a difference as well.

I haven't looked into the tuning options much, but I think those are all available.

I have problems keeping this thing on the ground!

I've been able to get a 1:25.638 on Trial Mountain with the tune below...

Aero = 15/55 (MAX)
Top speed = 224
Initial torque = 5/15
Accel. Sens. = 20/25
Brake Sens. = 12/12
Torque split = 45/55
Ride Height = -25/-21
Spring = 18.5/17.3
Damp (ext) = 6/6
Damp (comp) = 5/5
ARB = 6/5
Camber = 4.6/0.5
Toe = -0.50/-0.10
Brakes = 9/5

I only spent about 15 minutes with this car on that track tuning it. It basically suffers from high-speed understeer on looping corners and staying on the ground. I messed up so many good runs on Trial Mtn by going airborne then landing going out of control.

My PR on that track is a 1:22.987 with my Furai for comparison

You sure its the ZZ-II ?
The car drives like a dream, I feel no traction problems AT ALL.
Maybe you haven't bought the differential?
With the differential + maxed out tuning I managed to get a 1:21.975 on Trial Mountain with all assists off. The funny thing is I actually used standard suspension settings as I have no idea how to tune it.

Does anyone know a perfect suspension setting for the ZZ-II here? Would appreciate it.

I got the same problem here, my ZZ-II always ran like a dream, had perfect handling and was glued to the road. I didn't use it for quite some time now and today i started a B-Spec race and my driver was losing, although the ZZ-II was outmatching the other cars.
So i took it for a spin and noticed a horrible understeer, the car is not willing to take a corner at speeds that exceed 30 mph...
My guess is i will have to restore body rigidity, but that comes at a high price, so i didn't try that, just gave my bob another car... ;)
But maybe you'll go for body rigidity and it will help you?
