Need help with zr1 after save corrupt

I have and had before my save went corrupt a corvette zr1 fully upgraded and I tuned it to go 245 mph or around 395kph. Since my game save went corrupt I cant even break the 240mph mark. I can't remember what i did but I loved it. It would get to 245 quickly not taking 2-3 seconds going up 1mph kinda like how it is now.
I can use 5th gear from 190mph all the way to 236-237 and then shift up to 6th and all it does is lower the RPM's and if I'm lucky top out around 238.
Here are my current gear ratios-
1st- 3.500
2nd- 2.280
3rd- 1.560
4th- 1.110
5th- .845
6th- can be anywhere between .685 and .765
Final gear set to 2.800
And top speed is selected at 298

Yes it has almost 500 miles the other did not have half of that. I have been tuning it off an on for the past week and with b spec the miles are getting put on it. It just seems like it doesn't want to go above 238. It used to be able to hit 245 on sarthe's straight away

Your final drive is too tall.

Well, lengthing it isn't the solution as that simply means you'll be topping out in 5th instead of 6th. Either something else is wrong with the car (down on power or too much aero) or you need to shorten the gears. But frankly, if you're upshifting to 6th at 237 and the engine bogs and won't go past 238, then that's a sure sign of poor gearing. In a 245 mph car you should be shifting into 6th at around 210ish.

Edit: Here's my gears for my non-RM ZR1. I assume yours is non-RM since you didn't mention it. It does 249 mph at La Sarthe and could probably go faster with a dedicated high speed tune.
