need help

I am currently at a stand still in the game.  I have won tons of cup races but i cant seem to win the final beginner GT world championships....I have 250 000 dollars which can basicaly buy me any car with almost all upgrades. What car would u reccomend for beating the beginner world championships?? Thanks

If you buy the newest edition of TIPS & TRICKS it tells you which car is the best one for which race. I have the mag, but my brother has it, and he's not here. I'll post it later if you want...

I used the Toyota Celica Rally Car to win that. You win the Celica in the first Rally Champioship. (Which I won with a Lancer EVO VII).
