I found some money today and i bought a new ps3
I have a big problem though
I put the online ID of the old ps3 and when i play it say to me that i cant
play with someone else's save data!!!
Does anybody knows what the f... i should do????
I paid a lot of money today and i'm very pissed now!!!
I have played from 2008 that game and i cant afford to start again
9thousand days of play in the game,how can i make it again????
 
Not sure but I could give you a hand if you need help rebuilding your garage. Congrats on the new ps3. Hope you get it sorted out.

I asked him that already. He has it and the only thing I could come up with was the fact that it somehow got corrupted and that he should try contacting Sony.

It nneds so much time effort that i cant do it
I'll see if i can rebuild my old ps3 with new software only
if i can continue from where i left it!!!
If i cant bye bye
Imagine that i have to buy again all the dlc

I dont think that its corrupt though.. it obviously recognizes it if it said that he cant use it.... but i cant think of a good reason on why its doing what its doing.. im thinking that your right.... contacting Sony may be your best bet.
 
No the DLC is tied to your account. You can just redownload all that. Call Sony. Seriously.

First off, I'm so HAPPY you got a new PS3!!!!!!!

Second off, try to contact Sony about your issue. If this doesn't work, all of us won't mind sending you cars considering what you've done for the Drag Racing forum 👍
 
If you have your old ps3 try to connect your old harddrive into your computer and see if you salvage any gt5 data, and there is also a feature where you can transfer data from system to system in the system settings. If these dont work post this in the Technology section.
 
I really don't think you used the right ID dude. There is no reason why it should not work.

I think that i've done nothing man for Drag Forum
I'll contact Sony cause i'm going crazy now
When i started back in 2008 to play i had so much free time to play
Now i have only 2-3 hours a day to play and believe me noone has the
courage to start again like that man.
I have a technician friend and he's my last hope
Then i'll call Sony and see whats happening!!!

Eh... starting over again isent that bad... with the seasonal events its really relatively easy to make a lot of money quickly. I mean.... sure....you wont have the x1's and 20 mill cars you once did... but its still... In a week or so with some dedication (and some help from friends) you could be half way back to where you were... with all the cars you really need to drag... then you just start building again.

When i make a new account/ID i write down everything
I put the account and everything is good,but it doesnt recognize
me in Playstore and in the game!!!

I'll call the central in Athens and see what they'll tell me.
If they cant help me how can a call Sony.
I mean which Sony i must call Japan???
 
Look up their number on Sony's website. From their they will redirect you to your region. I wouldn't email them, they take forever to get back.
 
I had this happened to me before, there might me an easier solution for you. When I won the account against hellbilly1. In order to use it i also had to make new user ID. No just his online ID but also his offline user ID. Just put the same user ID as you had before with your online ID and you should be fine. :)

I don't get why someone would bet their account against yours :boggled: but what aka said is pretty much it. I have 2 playstations, 1 at mine and another at Le girlfriends.. And I have the same online and offline for both playstations :)
Edit: when you made your account you did click.. 'Use Existing Account' didn't you..

Yes i click ''use existing account'' and it starts fine
But when it logs to start then we have the problem
the data is not corrupted cause i used it 6-7 times
before it finally burned!!
 
Well if you dont get it fixed and have to start over will be sure to send you any car you need to do a race to get back to were you were in no time bro. PS. Finally! Glad you got a PS3!
 
It was a private event on a friends house. we had some rivalry and he always blamed in the internet lag so we made it a private event with a human tree like street racing with our accounts as bet he really thought he could beat me but I guess not lol. This was around the time when UK Dragster was created.

As you my friend Kleo, did you actually created an offline user account with your old user account name as in the old ps3?

The account was only my name man only a user name!!!
The online account is not working and Sony told me that they dont know what happened to my account.I headed to the store i bought that ps3 and after some things we tried i saw it was nothing to do.
I just bought an XBOX 360 with Forza 4
Sorry guys but i'm pissed so much with Sony right now!!!
