umm kinda confused here can ya help me out a bit all i see is a logo with no links....

its his ftp info... you need a ftp client and then connect to his server with the info he gave you...

First you'll need a FTP program. I recommend WS FTP. Search on google and get a 30 day trial or something. Then type in the neccessary info where it says FTP upload in the signature.
