Need really in depth help with an M5

Hey there guys, I need help with a setup for an M5 on special stage route 5.

The car has to be fully tuned, with NO weight reduction and a 36kg ballast. Every part is allowed on the car, including qualifying tyres but NO NoS.
I prefer slight oversteer, but I love to brake late.

Sounds like there are alot of necessary parameters for this. Why so specific a tune? Is it for a competition or something?

I have a BMW M5 tune, but it doesn't fit your criteria.
