Need tandem drifters for new team

hello all , as the title state's im looking for people who enjoy tandem drifting and have a good attention span haha.. practice makes perfect and its hard finding people who are willing to consistantly train and learn each others driving styles and line preferences..the team will come in time but i dont want to put a premature team out there to get beat haha....i host rooms on a regular basis with my psn name the same as here.... flow4barrel ... i will also say that mics are a must as communication is key (especially myself as we all have bad nights and will end up taking u out if u dont know im there ) haha but for the most part im on the mark providing the person im drifting with knows what they are doing

i drive the amaya s2000 , the premium mustang , or my ctr yellow bird ..somtimes ill mess around with others but im pretty consistant with what i drive as im constantly tweeking my set up on a nightly basis

no team name yet .. although i wanted to welcome DriftReaper__666 to the unamed team ..as of now there are only 2 confirmed members ..myself and reaper ...drift reaper's awsome and has a extremly good tandem understanding..very compatible with my style..i commend and admire it and must say its refreshing to see again .i encourage anyone who can tandem to add me or join one of my rooms anytime ..im on now and will probably be on most of the day running these scounting rooms ..if im not im taking a break hahaha hope to see some talented drifters light it up ...hopefully inches away from my door hahahaha

On another note ,I think im going to have to loosen the standards i have set as yet again im having a hard time finding the level of commitment , ethic , skill , and goals.. It seems like a loosing battle trying to start a new team that has members that share the same goals as myself. However basicly the ways to catch my attention are as follows

If we are running lines together and for example say i wipe out ,,if i see that you consistantly wait for me to catch up, thats a huge bonus

Say we are running lines at tsukuba (thats where i scout) and we are running down the strait just before the last turn , if i see you properly set up for a tandem thats huge (properly setting up can change depending on the type of cars and hp, weight etc) ussually this means your front tire is lined up with my rear ..however some people set up right behind the leading car and are able to make it to the inside ..to each his own ..hope to see some moe of this kinda drifting out there
 
Oh yes i also wanted to say that ill be scouting all weekend as a final attempt to wrangle some drifters for our un-named team ..Once we get a good group of people together im thinking we will run in a private room where we will talk about who will partner with who , what cars we are going to run which will probably determine who's running with who , and team names..

I will also accept people who are trying really hard to learn , you show you want to learn and have a good understanding , and ill invest in you

well ill start by saying that there was some succes getting a team of about 4 or 5 guys together , however that being said im not going to be scouting anymore and ive pretty much given up on the team from a serious stand point. there is still a team but im not seriously all in anymore .. its just too much work with absolutly no reward .. the problem is that when gt5 first came out the crew we had was perfect .. we all had the same goals , the same styles etc.. now that all those guys are gone and im trying to fabricate that again im realizing that ill never have a group like that again .. dont get me wrong the group we have now is good . but i cant stand the lack of attention anymore . its like pulling teeth to get someone to practice tandem lines consistantly without having them eventually pull out a x1 or somthing stupid cause they get bored . and my main guy is good but there a issue with him having a history with other main people in the scene so thats a issue , and also the whole battling thing isnt very structured either . so unless i find a established team to join im pretty much going to become a casual player .. full time team managment seems to be more work then play with no reward other then babysitting .. thanks to everyone who took the time to post and apply ..
 
My biggest piece of advice would be to stop trying to recruit at all...its not like you're Falken or Droo-p trying to get skilled drifters to drift for what you are sponsoring, its a game...If you want like minded drivers you have to go out and meet them, or hold public lobbies where you can find seemingly random individuals that you'll mesh with. Eventually that meshing is what will create a team...otherwise you end up w/ what you have: a group of skilled players that have don't have a real bond and so when boredom sets in due to a lack of any tangible reward for their efforts they act as you have described...and not hatin on the teens(or tweens) but usually the older, the better...lol
 
yout totaly right .. the problem is the group i used to play with is all about diablo now hahaha im still lightin it up ..and yes i agree the older the better

Hey.. I'll love to join tandem drifting with you.. I'm already in a team but I want to join in with the training.. I'm looking for someone to train me up for tandem and i'll work hard without pulling out an X1 (not that I own one).. I use the FC..

P.S. I have a headset + keyboard so typing and speaking are no issues.
 
ok man i added you .. lets see if you have the focus hahaha .. im currently back using my corolla levin ae86 ..its at about 256 hp i think .. i rediscovered how good this thing is for tandem ..
 
Maybe it's your technique that has improved. I love how the FC is balanced. We almost have a horsepower match as my FC is @ 274bhp. You'll have way more torque though. Supercharged Levin AE86? I might just have to whip out my AE86 S.S :)
 
Yes im actually thinking of getting a group of people together that wanna drift those ..I was thinking that it wont be a "team" per say but a mixture of people from other teams that gets together to tandem those types of cars ..but my only reserve is the fact that ill be training other teams in a sense , but im losing that whole competitive aspect.
 
I will be running a corolla levin/trueno tandem drifting room all night providing there are people who are interested .. please dont be shy to add me or join up , all are welcome (the only rule is we all saty in a group and wait when someone bails to keep it interesting) no point in tandem drifting if everyone wants to be in front (or not next to you sidewayz) plz plz plz dont be shy its hard finding people ho like to drift these cars (dont know why) abd also EXTREMLY hard finding people who stick together and run lines all night .. everyone wants to blow past you like its gonna impress me .. what impresses me is if me or anyone else bails and you wait to reset up for the next line !!! hit me up all you levin or trueno drifters we`re gonna make a group of people that kill it ...boom boom
