need tuning tip

hi,

I know if you tune a car, its possible (most likely) that the maximum rpm also rises. I just don't know wick tuning part that does this. Does anyone know?

i havn't checked it out, never even thought about it, but i'm guessing that if you go to a higher N/A tuning stage your redline should be higher.

This is actually something of a misty area in the tuning components descriptions. The text in the game says that it's the engine balancing routine which raises the red line but from what I've observed it actually does seem to be the alterations that go with the power upgrades that do it.
