Need your help: Is this one a photomode or a real picture?

Hi! I came across this picture on flickr.com where the guy pretends it's real, upon closer look, I am persuaded it's taken from the GT5 photomode, anyone else think this is not a real picture?

It looks pretty real to me. It would be very very difficult to make a GT5 car look realistic in that setting and adding the snow that realistically would be near impossible.

It's real, it was taken in North East Scotland. The chap who took the photo's a member on another forum I'm registered to, and is well known for posting excellent pictures of cars in the wild, this being no exception.

There's another pic in his photostream from a different angle, which is even better.
Also it disproves the allegations it's from GT5 since there's 3 cars in the shot.

the snow looks so computerish, that's what I noticed first, but I guess it's the editing that gives that look..

599 GTB is in the game. 599 GTO is missing. In fact, all the Ferrari's GTO are missing.

GT5 Premium cars look almost too clean. Check the sidewalls of the tyres for example.

That's not a criticism either, just an observation.

As a matter of fact, I've been living in Montreal for 5 years now and I've seen enough snow for the rest of my life.
I've also seen a 599 GTO in the flesh at FoQ when they first introduced it to the potential customers of Quebec area.
And I've wasted enough time on GT5 to be 34/35.

So put all those things together, shake up a little bit, and kaboom, it doesnt take a genius to realize if that photo you shared with us is a GT screen , a photoshop of a real 599 GTO, or simply a lucky owner who busted the myth of fine Italian machinery melting under snow.
