would love to convert some more US codes but cant find good offsets, particularly the full garage , free cars and all car permitted codes, and there doesn't seem to be much to compare with the Japanese version either for converting 1 lap codes

are there codes available for unlocking cars that you can't buy?

There is no code to allow you to buy cars that are not currently in the showrooms.

On some devices there is a code that will put all cars in the game onto a save (overwriting any currently on the save) but they will not be available for the arcade unless you win them or buy them by the normal method.
