So I've bought my original DFP in februari just before GT4 came out, I was addicted to it and I think I eventually overused it.

Anyway, back in June or something like that, I was playing around and testing some drift setting (I drift alot) when suddenly the car doesn't seem to rly listen anymore, I looked at the little gas and brake bars in the bottom of the screen and I saw that when I lifted off the throttle it would keep giving throttle for 1/4.
So I had to pull my pedal back everytime I lifted off the gas and the day after that was almost useless as well.

So I tell it to my parents and they say "a probably some dust or something" so they open the thing and all kinds of stuff jumps out. We call the shop we bought it from and they said the DFP is made by a machine and cannot be opened up cause all kinds of springs and stuff will shoot out and it's impossible to repair.

IT WAS the dust that messed everything up though and the shop we bought the DFP from called logitech and they would give me a new DFP:dopey: The thing was full of dust...

But now.....some months later I see the brakes acting exactly the same:guilty: I cant get the dust out with a vacuum cleaner and well.......I might need a new DFP again.

Has anyone of you ever had this? It seems to be a problem you cant escape from:( Will logitech give me ANOTHER DFP?

Well.. The shop keeper is full of ****e :-) Putting the Pedals back together after a clean isn't the easiest task in the world, especially the first time. But it is doable... If you search a little, there's even some mods you might as well do while you have them apart...

Well the shopkeeper called logitech with this excuse and it worked fine I guess:dopey: The first time at least.....:scared: Thanks for the tip though it gives me some hope lol:nervous::)
