From what I've seen so far this looks, both in graphics and gameplay, to be really quite good. Loved the sandstorm effect!

Seriously though, the weather effects for this game is probably the most impressive since Driveclub. No surprise given it's made by the same people. Still not convinced about the handling - the car just looks too planted. The marble mine track is really interesting, reminds me of an offroad Citta di Aria

Sidenote, I would love for Codies to make an open world Dirt game with these dynamic weather effects. Basically remastered FUEL

Not impressed by the sandstorm...
Or maybe it's a weak one.
The lighting didn't change, the sun still produces sharp shadows.

Also, the sandstorm comes from the right side, but the winds blows the fire and smoke from the left side.

Dynamic disappointment considering Codemaster's level of stage rally games.10 years ago I'd being all over this but now unless it's $10 instead of $110 (and it will end up there) the bother of installing on diminishing HD space then updating via mobile internet ain't that appealing.
