New drift team looking for good drifters

hey all i posted this but it didnt save or post or whatever . sucks .. but ya we are a new team looking for good drifters.. we are by no means pro, but i will say with confidence that we are good .. im gonna jump right in to the good stuff .. what we are looking for is as follows

NO AUTOMATICS PLEASE!!
MUST HAVE A MIC
u must be able to maintain a good burn
u must be able to drift cleanly as we are starting to tandem
as i said tandem skills would be welcome


so to sum it up im gonna say that again you dont have to be pro but as long as we see potential we are willing to coach , teach ... whatever it takes to get the individual up to par ..we all have bad days so u might join our room and we ourselves are bailing more then normal haha .. im also going to stress that we are looking for people who can actually drift (no disrespect to anyone who has or may end up having a different perception of what drifting is or anything in regard to style and such) we are looking for compatibility not conflict or disrespect ..any critism is constructive .its a very easy going enviroment so dont worry about joining one of our rooms and getting bashed . and yes i know i may have mis-spelled some words haha

hey jr darknes thanks for showing interest .. ill add u now as we are going to continue to hold scouting rooms untill we fill the roster .. we have about mabye 8 people that we are seriously considering a few of those 8 have made the team and im still watching some others to make sure ive made the right decision on them ...we've had alot of people that have shown interest which is great . we have basicly been weeding out the bad and keeping the good .. we have a slew of different people cars and styles .. we basicly match members up with a appropriate partner .. basicly if ur drifting well with one guy he will be considered ur partner as we are starting to run tandem ... so we are running 2 by 2 ...2 in front ..2 in back of them ...and 2 in back of them etc ..so once u find a good partner ur gonna wanna stick to him like white on rice as he has ur back and u have his .. ur gonna play more with ur partner to get to know his flow and style ,,, you know what i mean ..anyway we are gonna be running a room starting at 11 pm eastern i think .. till prolly bout 6am in the morn .. ill add u .. send me a pm if ur down to try out .. no pressure .. not looking for perfection .. again thanks for the post and interest .. it is appreciated

Im not a pro drifter, im pathetic at leaderboard stuff, but i can easily do full lap drifts round thf nordschliefe, and looking really cool!
I do well with my HKS D1 machine, and i drift rx-7s too. I am also the only person who looks to have EVER got into the top hundred drifters after a week in an SL65. Got it to 90th, then thrown out after a half hour. :S

Hi guys I'm fairly new to drifting but I can nearly link whole of tsukaba track and mini.i use hks controler which is awesome.I drift s13 silver s15 and rx7s mainly but I learnt to drift in tvr speed 12 and got rank 842nd on last seasonal, been doing bit of tandem with another mate I met through forum, I'm not pro but I can drift and totaly willing to learn with you guys and get better and maybe pro. i wanted to officially announce that we are making progress in regard to recruiting .. we were all over te place as to what we wanted for this idea for a team and ive been trying my hardest to approch this which structure, and wanted to be fairly profesional even though once we make a room the bongs get ripped and we light it up hard .. hahaha

as for the progress we've made with finding people who can drift .....well all im going to say is it was long ... very long .. very repetative ...but after finding 2 or three good drifters it was all worth it .. esspecially when we are litterally no more then a inch at times sideways ...

we are still looking but have been focused on learning the new guys style and flow .. more fun then watching a guy struggle for more then 20 laps and him saying that he's good ....but in the end i still appreciated it i must say as we also got guys that were just as good as us if not better but it was like pulling teeth to get them to roll with us (FORGET THAT B.S) i aint chasing ..

anyway im pleased to announce our newist members of our nameless team the roster is as follows

EXMAN99 (new guy) shows up everytime and can keep up ..
Chim1cHuNgA (new guy) tries his best and can keep within a inch of me ..
TBC_Boom (new guy) i totally underestimated this guy also pretty dam good

oFaLLeNCHieFo (my right hand man) this guy is by no means new ..he`s been running longer then me and showed me the ropes ...taught me alot of what i know and is my single most valuble weapon as we`ve been running together since `my day 1`

so apparengtly i like to rant so im sorry but we are still looking for good drifters to fill the last few spots ...once we have a full roster we are going to start practicing and then challenging teams ...wooohooo ..oh ya and we need a name hahahahaha wow ...

im posting to say that this attempt at making a drift team has failed ...not that we didnt get alot of people ..however we only chose three or four guys .. mabye they are getting bored of the fact that we dont have like 20 + people ..show rate is lacking on some people's part ...its irrelavent who as they still are cool guys and its better to keep it casual then business in the sense of reliability and focus for practicing.. i think i approched this wrong .. hahahaha theres one guy that is trying out for another team .. that alone tells me that ive approched it the wrong way thanks to all the applicants .. we will be back ..as another team ..

Im sorry that things arent working out for your team, but I think you should
stick with it. Finding people with both the personality and drifting skill to recruit can be a serious challenge, if its any consolation Im yet to recruit anyone to SFX besides people already on the Forza team. Sure, Ive met some chill people, but its still to be determined if theyll ultimately stick around long enough to get on the team. Be patient and the pieces will fall into place. Good luck and in the meantime dont hesitate to come and drift with my crew sometime. 👍

Agreed. To be honest I started my team as a general noob to test the water. Now I have, what I believe to be, 8 of the best drifters ive come across along side me. Stick with it.

well first off thanks guys for the support ..up until now ive put alot of time and effort into trying to find people good enough to run with us .. i know it sounds kinda harsh because im kinda worn down hahahaha ..i mean i started out helping every guy that joined my rooms and would ask that same question "whats your set up" or even better "is there a tire resriction" hahaha and then we even let them run it cause they say they can and we dont wanna be douche's about it ..and they can never do it properly ...dont get me wrong , we had some good people too but whatever hahaha anyway the purpose of this post is to say that the core of this first attempt ( fallen and I ) are running under new colours so to say .. i dont run under flow4barrel anymore .. i run under ELITE_FLOW and fallencheif runs under ELITE_FALLEN_ as our new team is ELITE DRIFTING it seemed fitting to run the fresh new names ...we are still looking to fill mabye 4 slots as we are looking for a small but really good team ,, id rather have a team of 2 that is really good then a team of 20 that isnt .. thanks again for the support .. just the fact that you guys follow the progress is cool ..

thanks for continued reply's ,, im not sure if adavicro sent me that guy or what but imma start signing in as flow4barrel and add all u guys and give u all a shot .. im thinking 8 to 15 mabye 20 laps depending on how well your performing ..im not a douche so if i start coaching its not me being a douche its just constructive critisism ..to help you improve if i see that you're struggling ..however that said im talking about the difference between someone who just started and someone who just needs a little guidence to improve their ! exsiting ! skill .. (my spelling sucks so sorry) ..so in closing i wanna say that this time around we are'nt gonna coach every guy or wait forever and put up with excuses ..we also suck once and awile ..first laps are always retarded somtimes so no worries there .. WE ARE NOT PRO but we push hard and are pretty good ..we want people who are gonna jive well with us ya know .. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIFT IF YOU WANT TO APPLY ..but no worries .. muah hahahahahahahahahaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh

oh yes and in regard to the invitation to burn it up with your crew .. im down man ,.. anytime .. well providing im availible .. love to see what the other teams are bringing ..TRUST ME IM NOT ABOUT SEEING AND THEN STEALING so no worries there but i am curious to see what your team is about .. what you guys are running .. to see if we'd match up well ya know anyway man let me know
