The website posted in the original thread also had 720p versions in WMV and Quicktime, which are even better than the ones from gametrailers.com.

No it isn't. The higher picture quality just doesn't show in a video of this poor resolution.

Most of it is from what was going to be GT:HD Classic, which has been scrapped now.
