Hi everyone,
I am a long time GTP reader, new member! I have been playing GT games since the beginning. I think I bought GT1 my freshman year of high school soon after its release. My best memory of it would be driving a green Toyota Supra on an endurance race at Grand Valley West I believe. I have owned every GT that has been released in North America.
I think I was kind of a snob when it came to comparing other console racing games to GT games. Nothing could compare in my eyes. I have recently realized it is possible for other people to make good games, just not quite as good as GT. I now own NFS:S on ps3 and also Forza 3. Both are good games in there own right.
I can't wait for GT5 to release and may import it if the release date is more than a month later for N.A. I race with a Driving Force Pro when its hooked up. I don't have an adequate setup for it right now and it is a back breaker on my couch. I plan to get a playseat whenever I buy a house and have room. I used to race with some of the guys from the playstation boards over team speak but have not for a while.
