I've heard Amar said there's no chance to use normal cars in these tracks, only karts.
Common sense question: Why the heck we can't use normal cars in the Kart Arena when we can use them in the Kart curses from the track editor?
Presumable answer: There's no proper answer, it's just the way it is, as many other things with PD.
