I am asking this in favor of a good friend...
He usually plays GT7 on his PS5, he bought the 25th anniversary steelbook edition, last night he loaded GT7 up on his PS4 using the digital code and after a few hours he was up and running with his account current on both platforms. Here is where the problem starts, in his first things that he did on the PS4 was running a few small races to get his daily workout ticket, accumulated roughly 30 miles but no ticket... so he shuts down application, shutdown the PS4 and went downstairs to the PS5, started up GT7, everything is normal, he spots that his daily workout had the current 30 miles but not a ticket, he runs the races again and now has 60 or so miles and still no ticket popped up and nor in garage.
What happened here and how can we fix this?
