New 'Start" menu's

I've searched in google using queries like "xp start menu download", "custom start menu's" etc. I'm looking for a diff. xp start menu obviously, but I don't get what I'm looking for. Shouldn't there be a section on the microsoft site for diff. start menu's to download?

Yes, there are tons of them. Shouldn't be hard to find them.

Or you could choose to do a shell change, where you can change the entire effects of the desktop to simulate a Mac. It's quite hilarious.
