New steering wheel?

More likely Logitech will unvail a new steering wheel for GT5, but what will be included. If GT5 incoperates the clutch, than more likely, the game will ultimatly be the best sim game out there with steering wheel. What i think is that, it should have 2 differnet types of shifting gears, paddle shifting and H-pattern, gears 1-6 and reverse. But best is 3 pedals.

By the way, it would be great to include a clutch but then they should make a start button, so that you must start the car. Because if you are clumsy using a clutch the car will get underpowered and the engine will stop running.

if they did have the gated shifter, there would have to be 7 or 8 gears, due to the fact that there are some cars in the game with more than six speeds (Nike car is one that i can think of)

nope it would probably be like the G25 wheel which can switch from the gated shifter to the sequential for the 7 gear cars

A clutch would be awesome..that, and a larger steering wheel is the only feature I would like on a new DFP (if there ever will be)

I would hope they would force you to use manual in a manaual car, auto in and auto car(obviously the paddles or up down gearshift for this.) and sequential for sequential cars eg the dsg system in VW's. for GTHD.

This would be cool but i would noe that it wont be favored by all the spastics that can't drive manual.

And why the hell would you need a 7 or 8 gate shifter. Pretty much all the cars that are 7 or 8 speed have sequential gearboxes in real life. 6 is the right amount cause thats the highest you normally have in a manual.
