Not again.......
The BEST way to learn is to basically try and drive normally with C/H tyres. Once the car slides use throttle control to try and keep it under control.
You will gradually begin to understand the physics and how you can initiate and control a drift to do whatever you want, whenever you want.
Chris.
Nope and nope. I have seen enough people enter the Nu-new members thread just announcing themselves in it than thread being made. But I will take that into consideration. (Let me update the drift settings depot). Though the Nu-new members thread also an introduction thread.nk4e, a couple things first... Do you have a ps3 and GT5 yet? Are you a moderator?
Besides, that thread is hardly what I was talking about. Most people see that as a "Hello, my name is..." thread and skip over it. Its a very broad thread usually skimming over generalizations instead of specifics. As an example, a "tuning help" link. What kind of tuning help is it? LSD/toe/camber/spring rateNs/dampers/brakes/downforce/roll bars/a conjunction of some (spring rates relative to dampers relative to roll bars) ??? Any one of those or a mix that correlate with each other are what I mean by specifics. I simply don't have the time to do it myself.
Finally, you could have pleasantly suggested that the topic poster browse your thread rather than confront my post.![]()
I'm sorry, you'd rather read 'How do i drift my x2010?' than a topic on a proper drift battle with good drifters?Godfrey, your battle/tournament/team threads are clogging up the forum as there are already a million of them as well.
No Knight, read the parenthesis.I could care less what (or how many) threads there are. I do think that team thread subjects deserve their own sub-forum though... but this going far too off-topic.
