Hey I'm new to drifting, and I wanted to know if I can use my Mustang Mach 1 '71 to drift. If so, what settings will I need to change? Thanks!

Welcome to the GTP forums mate, to answer your question yes it can drift, any car can drift in its own way.

Bit of advice from an old GT drifthorse, don't go adding power until you are ready or needing it, many of my cars that i'm currently using or learning to use on GT5 have minimal platform(susp, trans, etc) upgrades just to start learning to adjust settings for drifting. Only after getting confident with these cars have I started looking for more power to maintain my drift. Good luck, I hope this helps you.

PS: Practice, Practice, Practice!

hey i just bought a mustang mach 1, what you want to do is to:
A) reduce weight, and get a carbon hood. too much weight in the front end.
B) add hp, whether its a high flow air intake, sports exhaust, ecu tune.
C) change suspension to an adjustable and reduce ride height to -2/-2 (F/R)
D) take traction off, stability control off, abs to 2, use soft sports tires, take mostly everything off.

hope this helps, it did for me!! :P
