Hey Guys! In need of a hand. did a little reading up in the threads and looked up some set ups to get me started but it seems likes I can't find one for my car... and I'm trying to tweak it but I think I'm a little over my head for my first one. Car is a BMW 2002. Can anyone help?
 
Try lowering it, putting on comfort hard tyres, adding all the parts and using a lot of handbrake. It's how i started and works for everything
 
Hey guys I'm new to this drifting thing I have started working on my A-Spec Racing trying to get alot of cash. I was thinking about getting a S2000 and tweaking it. But what do u do to unlock quick tune? Do you have to complete all the races in Spec-A are what someone please help me!!! I have 121,233 credits any suggesstions on what to do Please help me guys...
 
I bought out the entire parts catalogue already so... check!
i fiddled around with the suspension.. and tried the handbreak.. but i have alot of understear and it wiggles arond coming out of turns...
 
hmmm... So you bought the carbon prop shaft? and if you're using comfort hards and understeering maybe you should try shifting the brake bias all the way to the back. Also try using this set-up...

Spring rate: 7.4/7.0
Ride height: -15/-15
Shock bound: 6/6
Shock rebound: 6/6
Camber angle: 5.5/5.0
Toe angle: -0.20/0.20
Anti-Roll bars: 6/7

LSD Setting:
Initial Torque: 60
LSD Accel: 40
LSD Decel: 20
 
After 3 laps and being a total freshman at this... scored a 7921... Loving it! thanks alot! going to practice now because it runs 100 times better!

Are these settings can be use as a base for other cars? I know you have to adjust but can it become a start from where to build from?

I might try this settings to help learn on my Silvia.
 
I adapted this from a volvo wagon. I worked off that tune as they are both underpowered and understeer prone. For your silvia there should be a tune on the tune depot thread

Yeah, I had a set up before that was base off from one of the tune depot. Im just trying in between set ups. Thanks though.

Juust a fun fact i dont know wich silvia you got but my silvia k. Dia '90 runs like a charm
Full lowering, camber 1.5 / 0.5 and 238 bhp
Works fine dont like my cars with insane ammounts of torque / power

I have to say that for a starter set up to work from. Works great! i tried my luck in the drift trials last night and Wasnt Top Ten but was able to improve on each pass with this standard set up! Thanks again!
