Dude, it's like you think they're all out to get you or something. Like they have come from somewhere with the sole intention of winding up GODfreyGT5. Instead of pointless posts, why not either answer their question or point them in the direction of this thread maybe?
Just posting a link is quite a good idea actually, it's just that it seems like people have just given up reading the forums and are just throwing out new threads every time they have a question.
Not everyone has forum experience. Sometimes the only interactions they have are search engine results. Meaning, forum etiquette might just be as foreign a concept to them as drifting is.
The GT5 community isn't condensed down into this forum. There may well be hundreds of thousands more players that will never see this site in their lifetime... and there are MILLIONS of GT5 players. Can you see the forest behind the trees?
Now, to answer on-topic, purchase any Nissan Z or Silvia (with the exception of any classics, perhaps) model or any Mazda rx-7 model as these are extremely popular for good reason. Personally I prefer the Nissan 300zx or a BMW z4 '03. After car purchase, change oil and go to tuning shop. Buy comfort hard tires, clutch/flywheel/driveshaft and maybe weight reduction. These are IMO bare-bones essentials. Now simply practice... but full speed will be met with walls... usually. Learn the car's breaking point THEN how to keep control with countersteer and throttle control.
Though taking in a small quick tip, I added (Read First) way before this thread was made. though another car suggestion would be the Honda S2000 ( probably on Comforts) Hi, little Billy.
I am always taking in suggestions on how to better this community.
I started like that but here is the evidence: GT3 R33 Help Long title broken links
I have come a long way from it but GTP was my first forum ever.
