New to SIM racing but would love to commit

Cheers everyone!

I’m fairly new to the game, played for about a month!

I have dreams to become a racing driver but I guess the closest I can get is SIM racing.

I would love to compete online if there are any competitions but GT sport currently only offer daily races which can get boring after awhile. (Their nations cup and manufacturer series only comes out once in awhile)

My question is, are there any 3rd party or private races that I can join on GT sport?

You post this in the very forum where they are all organised. Just drop in and ask if there are spaces.

We have 5 divisions so you should be able to find a division with whatever pace you run. It's spec racing so you don't have to worry about tuning. We run Sunday nights with official practice Thursday night. We also have many other events during the week.

You've come to the right section! Welcome to !

I think @Fudman420 made the best suggestion right off the bat, but there's also loads of series that cater to all sorts of interests right here in the very forum you've posted in.

There are a number of GT and Prototype championships, many themed after real races, some 50/50, and others wholly original. There's NASCAR and Touring Car style series, One-make series, Open Wheel Championships (those are hot right now with the arrival of Super Formula). You've got your pick of the litter.

You can also get your toe in the water with single events as well!
