I'm a newbie to the site so just testin out the board and all. I'm looking for some weight lifting information. My scedule so far is on Mondays = Upers
Tuesdays= Middle
WednessDay= Lower
Thursday=Rest
Friday=Rest
Saturday=Rest
Sunday=Pick Up (Basketball, running, football, swimming ect)
I'm really not sure if this schedule is doing anythin. I do each for at least 30min or more on the dayz given but I dont know...
Anyone take a form of Martial Arts? Anyone here herd of or take the martial art Akido or Tia Chi?
