Pete and Lissa from the UK, new to GT5 but loving it.
I first started gaming with a mega drive, back when Noah was building the Ark, but have never played a driving game before. Neither had Pete, but we bought a PS3 a month ago and my lad suggested GT5. He's been a GT fan right from the start. Bought the game and couldn't get on with it. Then we bought a steering wheel! Are now fighting over who is going to play!
The reason for our user name is we drive an MR2 Roadster...Spyder for you lads and lasses in the States...and short of torrential rain, always have the hood down. We bought the car on Christmas Eve last year, when a health problem made us reluctantly realise we had to give up our Ducati 996.
I've never driven, but Pete has owned a few interesting cars in the past, including a Morgan.
Anyway, I'll keep this brief. Glad to be here, and I'm sure we'll find this forum a fount of knowledge!
