newbie to Gran Turismo (GTS)

hi all, i don't know much about GTS, really nothing, but would want to see if possible to host/ create events and such.

- custom liveries? possible to replicate team or create fantasy liveries with real logos?
- multi-class racing?
- endurance/sprint/ challenge races?
- what is the license system like?
- weather?
- setups?
- can one host an event? can one broadcast races? can one stream races?

-Its trying to copy the iRacing system but not doing it as good
-Weather is fixed (no rain or snow atm)
-Setup is basic compared to other titles

-Its trying to copy the iRacing system but not doing it as good (not B, A, IA etc system like on previous GT, experience increase your general "level", to give you access to tracks, on online Sport Mode, your behavior influences your Sportsmanship Rating (how clean you race) and Driver Rating (how fast you are))
-Weather is fixed (no rain or snow atm) (although there are intermediate and rain tires available)
-Setup is basic compared to other titles (if you are used to iracing, rfactor or even PC and Assetto Corsa, they are pretty basic on GT Sport, notably lacks tire pressure setup)
-Yes.

- challenges -> what i meant to ask, possible to host a race/ and chance the race format? say, make it a 6hour race? or a sprint race? or a "cup/ challenge" race? (same identical vehicles)

Yes you can decide the race "format"/"rules" (if you are the host).
