I'm about to embark on a replacement of the home cinema kit.
Currently I have a Pioneer 436XDE 43" plasma (720p), a Denon 2805 receiver, 6x B&W M-1 satellites, and a B&W PV-1 sub. Sources are a PS3 for blu-ray & streaming, and Sky HD for TV.
I want to upgrade to true HD (1080p, DTS Master Audio, 7.1) and 3d. I also think it's time for a dedicated BR player.
Current anticipated kit list is:
TV: Sony KDL-52HX903 52" Full LED 3D LCD with local LED dimming
Receiver: Pioneer SC-LX83.
Blu Ray: As yet undecided, but probably a Pioneer BDP-LX54
Speakers: 3x B&W CWM LCR7 in-wall; 2x B&W CWM 650 in-wall as Surround Left & Right; 2x B&W CCM 65 in-ceiling as Back Left & Right. Retaining the B&W PV-1 sub.
I'll keep this thread up to date as we crack on with it.
