I purchased all products reviewed with my own money. Thanks to Hess at pagnianimports for his great service.

Short Review:

Pros
- Stable
- Affordable
- Long lasting comfort
- Great customer support
- Pre drilled holes for Logitech (can semi work for Fanatec wheels)
- Overall adjustability

Cons
- Cannot adjust steering wheel height
- Looks can be improved. Comes only in black, lack of visual options (one colour only).

Overall: 9/10.
Closing comments:
If you’re an Aussie thinking of getting a cockpit, you cannot go past this unless your budget is in the stratosphere. If your in other parts of the world, this may not be an 100% buy but it has to be on your shortlist. I think the biggest problem is the lack of adjustability on the wheel height (even though everything is adjustable, you can still find the perfect position) and with the looks, I am really nit picking as its still better looking than a lot of other cockpits out there. Everything else is top notch. Read on for the full review….

Complete Review:

Adjustability 8/10

Gearstick left or right, gear stick forward or backwards, monitor lower or higher, seat backwards or forwards, steering forwards or backwards this cockpit can do it all. Deducted 2 points because you cannot adjust the steering wheel height.(the support poles for the steering wheel makes it fixed) and you cannot adjust the pedal height (can only adjust the height via physically moving the pedals forward and backwards). Overall, adjustability is awesome, and every racer can find their perfect set up. Biggest annoyance would be the lack of adjustability for the steering wheel, personally for me, its about 1 or 2cm’s too high – but given I can adjust everything else, I am able to find a perfect position to make the overall comfort high.

Comfort 9/10

I deducted one point due to the lack of adjusts you can do to the height of the steering wheel. Otherwise, this is class A comfort. The racing seat is quite hard but this is how a racing seat should be. I have done 4 hour enduro’s with no problem. I also suffer from chronic back ache (thanks to my day job) and I don’t feel any pain on this at all. As the racing seat is quite hard (its not like a rock by the way), the seat will last you a lifetime. Take my sofa for example, its soft, its nice but after 2 years of using it there is a massive dent where my bum normally sits and its not very comfortable now.

Stability 10/10

The thing doesn’t move. FFB at highest level, it just doesn’t move. Gearstick support doesn’t move either. Monitor stand is rock solid (optional extra). This counterbalances the lack of adjustability on the steering wheel. Because of the FFB these days, the developer has created support poles for the steering wheel that allows it to stay in place no matter how hard you move around. I think it was a good move – I’d rather forgo adjustability on the height of the wheel for rock steady support.

Looks 7.5/10

Its black, its got some nice decal, its smoothly and consistently painted. I deducted some points because:
A) support poles were recently added to version 2 of the model. They stick from the sides and does take a bit away from the whole look – it was necessary to increase the stability of the steering wheel support
B) I opted for the additional monitor stand and at the front of the machine, its getting a bit clustered as it joins the monitor stand, steering wheel support and base together. At the end of the day, you have a total of 6 poles at the front.
C) Lack of choice in colour/options. I noticed some other cockpit manufacturers give you additional options such as chrome, silver etc. Take Human Chasis, VisionRacer etc

Price 10/10
Cheap. For all of the above, the package in general, the quality, stability etc, this is worth it. I have a wife so price is important, I dug around looking at all the alternative options and for the overall package, this was the best in Australia. If your overseas, I am sure this can be quite competitive.

Build/Setup 8/10

It will take 2 people about 1 hour to build, there isn’t a lot of parts but your time will be spent on stretching the metal to the very edge so everything fits together tightly to increase stability. It’s a heavy workout for the hands and the instructions can be a little bit better. Good news is that everything is predrilled and ready to go – its also predrilled for the Logitech suite of products and “semi” drilled for Fanatec. What I mean by that is that my Fanatec steering wheel can be hard mounted as 2 of the Logitech holes can work on Fanatec. Its good enough. The reason why the thing is quite difficult to put together is that each hole is drilled perfectly to fit the screw and adjoining bits, there is no lee way or extra room to wiggle. I deducted a few points as the build wasn’t the easiests but those lost points can be added to stability.

Support 10/10
Best support I have ever dealt with in any sort of situation. I asked a million questions and everything was answered within 24 hours. Great work. Delivery was also great for Aussies, within 1 day delivery.

Any questions feel free to PM me. Sorry for the poor pics, my iPhone is quite old and the lack of angles is due to the special area for the cockpit.

Also, you can pick up other racing products such as fanatec, thrustmaster etc products from them. They also have a combo of products to save you some money. I did also purchase the Fanatec GT3 combo set from these guys and prior to that, I did some research on the "load cell" issues and they are just a bunch of nonesense. You keep mentioning that it is affordable but don't give a price. How much is it?

How about a link also.

Thanks, still you kind of miss the point many tried to make.

I didn't miss the point. Sure it would have been nice it the OP had provided a link and by pointing it out hopefully he will do so the next time. But it certainly doesn't hurt for those pointing it out to go ahead and provide the link also.

I bought on of these about 2 months ago from Hess at Pagnian Imports and it's the best thing I've ever spent money on. I have a T500 attached to it (had to drill two hole for the wheel and 2 for the pedals. I didn't get the keyboard or monitor stands as used up my budget on the wheel ;) )

I agree with everything the OP stated about comfort, adjustability and the rest.
The seat is not hard but I would use 'firm' as it gives great support to the lower back while still being comfortable after long stints. I race in a club and we run regular enduro events for 2-3 hours and I have no issues after a stint this long.

As far as pricing goes its $649 with free delivery included. I orders and paid for mine on a Monday and it arrived at my door the next day!!! If your in Australia and want great service and reliable customer support go to Pagnian imports.

👍 on your review too. Very clear and concise.

I have the V1.0, bought approx. 12 months ago for use with my G27 from the same mob on the Gold Coast but it has no strut supports. They are an awesome unit regardless 👍 I am getting a mate of mine (works for 888 Racing, fabricator) to make up support bars for it so it will be similar to the V2.0, as my biggest issue with the V1.0 is the wheel mount plate bounces like crazy when FFB is set to 10.

I did have to drill the wheel mount to bolt the G27 in place, but with the variety of wheels on the market which have differing hole patterns, I am glad I didn't get a spaghetti strainer
