Next Team???F1 2010-2016

So I fam close to finishing my first season (with Lotus), and have contract offers from many teams. I have narrowed it down to Sauber and Williams, and was wondering which one I should choose? Thoughts?

I don't know much about how the actual performance of the cars translates into the game, but it's worth bearing in mind that in 2011, Williams had their single worst season in their thirty-odd year history. The Sauber should be a no-brainer.

Sauber and Williams are more or less on par, so it comes down to your personal preference.

Is the sauber really faster? Does it have KERS? Williams has KERS.
Is the ferrari engine any better than the cosworth? Cosworth repudity has the highest BHP and lowest fuel consumption of the F1 engines. By how much i don`t know though.
It`s just that they are a customer engine and end up in the lower end cars.
