The thread title explains it all -

Report your top speed in Underground, Underground 2 and Most Wanted. Please don't lie. It would be good if you have a photo, but its not necessary.

Anyways, it can be in mph or km/h, although I will convert the speed to mph for the leaderboard.

My top speed in Underground 2 was 224mph in my Ford Mustang GT.
My top speed in Most Wanted was 314km/h or 196.25mph in the CLK500 I won from Kaze.

Wow, I didn't think my speed was quite so fast in the grand scheme of things I'll get a photo of something close to it if I can, but whoever decided that the HUD should disappear when you pause is making my job very difficult

It doesnt sound that ridiculous, I think Ive gotten to over 240 in NFSU and U2, and 230+ in MW, but Im not sure so I only put up my current speeds.

wat stretch of road did ppl use anyway to get their top speeds?

in NFSU i used the motorway drag race
in NFSU2 i used that bit of motorway near the airport

and in MW i used that downhill bit near to the stadium

is there anywhere better?

Edit: In U2 I use the bit of the stretch by the airport.

In MW...there are lots of highways where you can test.

ok this is drivin me crazy. how did TS get to 250 mph?

its not possible. i used a completely maxed out murcielago, i even tried adding all the junkman performance parts to it, and i tuned its ride height, aerodynamics, and turbo.

i topped out this time at 248 mph.

i know its only 2mph slower, but 250 cant be done, i tried it in maxed out Carrera GT's and SLR's too

the murcielago i used before in MW, in a drag race went 253 mph!
