NFSU2 Online With Fellow GTP'ers

Hi all, as some of us know, during online there is a glitch that lets us do free roam. Former member of GTP: Darin, and I were having a kick ass time, online doing free roam. Anyways. Sounds like alot of fun, Jefferson! I'd go online with you and do free roam, if I had the game. Free roam is about the only fun thing in the game for me.

I was all against U2 until I heardc the engine sounds and the fun that can be had just in free roam so I bought it. Just started and I'm about 15% in so nothing special, but maybe in the next few weeks I can bring something that may have a chance against you guys. lol

Well, were about to go online, you can join if you want....Wait thats if you have lvl.2 hydraulics, thats whats needed for the free roam gltich.

Ya, you can't do free roam, online by itself, it requires a glitch that you need lvl 2 hydraulics.

I just bought that game but haven't gone online yet. I'm under 10% done so I'm in no rush.



I'm not sure if I understand this correctly. In order to do free roam online, you have to have level 2 hydrolics equipped on your car?

Also, to do free roam, you need lvl 2 or 3 hydraulics to do the glitch, and have the track ''Smokestack" unlocked, if not, just join one of our games!👍
BTW thats Darin in the RX-8 and me in the RX-7. 👍

yes it is, for a game like this, I'd say the USB headset is mandatory.

I don't have NFSU2 yet, but I play drag racing most of the times, I hate the other modes.

Oh and yeah, I finally got a time near 20 secs flat, a 20.24

And what was weird is that with strange lag, I got a 16.20

Some guys are fast, hitting constant 19's and 18's, anybody knows how to do this?

Probably, with good tuning, and the right gear ratios.

Man I have the game but I dont have an online adapter. My cousin does, so next time he comes over my house(lives 45min away) Ill tell him to bring it and then Ill look for you. I have a router already for the comp, so is it possible to have a phone line running form my PS2 down the hall into the router? My friend said you can and thats what hes trying to do right now with his Monster Hunters

Well finally I got my online adaptor to work again so I'm up.
