People already use many tracks with path limitations as free roam spaces, specialy drag folks and drift addicts. Ignore this latent demand is kinda arrogant, and in my opinion Kaz is an arrogant person.

So i believe that he will continue his "blind pilgrimage" instead let the crowd lead his head.

Have to add that it reminds me of the Yokohama docks area in GRID.
