Taken direct from the Hennessey Performance website. And googling "Hennessey GT-R HPE1000" just brings up the whole Hennessey range.

Exactly, take a Black Edition GTR, change the wheels, and add performances part, and you get this one in GT6

Still would be a nice car to have and the MINE'S Evo VI and R34 already in GT6 are essentially just road cars with performance parts and MINE'S stickers on them, so this isn't any different.
