Try a tune for a regular GTR or Schulze GTR race car first. I don't know if it will work, but it's worth a try!
The laptime looks realistic, even the Schulze GTR is good for laptimes around 6:00. Remember: the TC is 400kg lighter and has more power!
I think you can do it! 15sec are possible with a good tune and a bit practice.

I have a GTR Schulze and make 6'05" on the ring. But it was fully tuned: 858hp / 1505 kg / 673 pp. I don't have DLC and his car ,so i don't know the GTR Touring car. 400kg less ok, but does it have more than 858 hp??? Don't think so.
The fastest touring car that i have like mercedes clk or opel calibra.... if i remember well are not going under 6'00.

It has over 890hp! Yes, that's much more than a regular GTR has. PP are around 675 if I remember right.
I think it has also more downforce than the Schulze race car.....but I could be wrong.

EDIT: I did a 6:05 with the Schulze GTR (stock settings) in my first lap, so I guess it could go faster than 6:00.

Can't wait to have this DLC. Yes 6'05" is at racing driving speed. Hot lap at 6'00" are possible i think (for me) but i know that 5 " with this kind of cars is very dificult to shave. Easiest with medium and low power cars.

R35 TC make sure you set low LSD for acceleration in the front. I went with 8/10/15 front and 8/12/18 rear.

im hitting 6:05/6:06 time attacks with only stage 2 engine upgrade no extra turbo and my diff is F10/23/45- R 20/60/55 .. i feel if i add that extra turbo ill be digging into the low 5:50 times..
i love this car its what we needed to take out or give those RM vetts a run for theres now.
almost broken in at 825mls on this setting my hp is a meer 715bhp / 555fpt / 1230KG at 659PP only seen tw0 oil changes last around 615miles. next will be around 1000mls

The break-in period on mine took around 250-260 miles, when it finally achieved 897bhp fully tuned.
A very competitive tune,,, although I'm not much good around the 'Ring, I still managed a 6:05. I did this before the update which brought the adjustable diff settings, but it's solid enough without it, in my opinion. Hope this tune works for you. >:0)
