You know, I think the seen the PSM Magazine DVD featuring GT4. If I am not mistaken, there are two possibilities...
(1) The 350Z will be available with a paintscheme based on Steve Millen's 300ZX that raced Sebring in 1996. This is what I've seen in the DVD, so I won't be surprised if this car DOESN'T make it.
(2) There MAY be chance that the cool pictures on the first page will be an idea as to come up with newer-model GT-R cars. Some teams that would make exceptional machines are the Calsonic Skyline, the Castrol Skyline from the 2000 season, the Pennzoil Skyline (for those of you who like yellow), the Loctite Zexel Skyline, and maybe a Gran Turismo-sponsored one (which is most likely).
For now, you can call the 350Z the "Interim GT-R" until the 2007 GT-R comes out. If I'm not mistaken, Nissan and Renault have joined forces. Now, about the new G35. I think it would make a nice GTS car. They just need a specialized tuner salon in Europe or America. I say this because they will need to make some horsepower and some lightweight parts. If this G35 gets 450hp or more, and if it is lighter than JGTC regulations, the end result: Japan is BACK in international racing. Another idea I had was that... well, look at the G35. The G35 has tall headlights and a big grill. If Nissan was nuts, they'd make an LMP (or even a GTP) based on the looks of the G35. A GT1 may be possible. Because after all, the legacy of the Skyline is highly apparent in Japan. It's the most popular car in Japan. Why not make the most of its popularity and come up with a supercar of it? Hey, Corvette came up with a GT1-looking Corvette nearly 10 years ago, so why not Nissan? Just remember, Toyota (Nissan's rivals) will be watching...
