Nitros will NOT recharge...HELP!

I cant get the NOS to recharge, either in the pits, or as suggested "...slowly over time..."

I AM using a logitech wheel, could that have something to do with it?

OR

Am I totally wrong in believing that you CAN recharge your nitros during races?

OK, I did find where I got the idea that the system might be rechargable:

The following is a quote from the "IGN.com" site for GT4:

But now seriously, if there was a way to recharge i think someone would have found it by-now.

Undoubtably, you guys are right: No NOS recharge.

I was just trying to look less stupid by providing the source of my misguided belief that NOS might be rechargable. (Bloody IGN! )

When you are as dumb as me, it is easy to learn. EVERYTHING is news to me.

I actually thought it recharged too. As little sense as it makes, I beleive it said that in the game somewhere. Then again, I never use it anyway.

I find it pretty hard to believe that PD actually supplied us information saying that nitrous recharges in-race, when it does not, but there you go. This is fact - it simply doesn't. Although, like MINICOOPER120, I never use it (except, of course, in top speed tests.).

Meh, even if there was NOS recharge, it would take a while, since it does take some time to waste a whole bottle(default setting, not set at max). Pretty much useless to me.

Test Course is not enough lol!
NOS is useless, and recharge is useless to. It useful, only when trying to reach top speed.

Slap a tidy little bow tie on it, and make it known that it is fact, NOS does not recharge, during a race.
