So, did anyone notice there are no end dates specificied for the current online events? I really DO hope they change them around the 15th, I'm getting very bored with the current limited expert events.

I have only raced a couple of times online since the August update, none of the events really float my boat. I'm hammering COD 4 again untill PD sort the online events out:banghead:.

I'm being positive that they will!

Yeah, I noticed that since the August 1st update...
I'm looking forward to race at Suzuka Circuit again (in Expert class)!

Can't get any motivation for the current on-line events... I'm spending most of my time playing Ferarri Challenge (which, incidentally, is very good) and the occassional hour or 2 hotlapping on GT5P.

Bring back suzuka please.

I have had a few @ HSR last couple of night's, I admit I find the track boring as hell, but its great to see so many GTP_ tags again. I really hope they bring back Suzuka, and soon.

I'm missing suzuka, but having some great fun at hsr while i wait for it's return.

Likewise - HSR is not really an exciting track by any means, but it does seem to inspire some exceptionally close battles with very few "offs", and the drafting aspect helps some of the "middle-division" drivers to mix it with the best 👍

I'd like a restricted/stock vehicle event at Fuji and of course a return of 600PP Suzuka - must be time for another London event soon though, which I'm dreading to be honest :nervous:

I had this one in my hand in the store the other day. If it's good I should probably check it out. :)

You're a pad driver aren't you? FC works much better than GT5P with the pad.

Physics model doesn't feel quite as complex as GT5P and the graphics aren't as sharp, but the tracks (I'm in love with Spa) and the cars (particularly the 250 GTO, 250 LM and the 375 GTB) are great - it's very playable post the patch that was released this weekend.

Haven't been on-line with it yet, btu those that have say it's very good and the racing is (mostly) very clean.

Yes, I am. I think I'll give it a go. It's getting good reviews as well. Should keep me busy if online events are not changed soon. ;)

Hmm...that Ferrari Challenge is going to interest me more and more. Is there Silverstone track too. If I get lucky on thursday, I could really be interested of it. It's been over ten years since I've driving that track. Game was GP3 on PC, I really loved that sim. I bought my first wheel then, and still have that... my 1,8 year old boy use it next to me when I'm driving GT. He looks like very competitive. You are in deep problems with him when finally GT5 is going releashed.

Please, tell more about FC :) (if you dont think Mods are getting angry)

The only problem for me is the lack of expert events, i like the events we've been given (and seem alone in really enjoying Fuji and getting more clean races then not), but i do wish we had some more variety.

There are some really good tracks... my favorites are Silverstone, Spa, Mugello, Infineon, Virginia & Redwood Park (Canadian F1 track)... and they are modelled really well. There are more tracks than this in the game and more to come via down loadable content.

Why not visit the FC board on this site and have a look at the comments there....

Oh, there is own board for FC. Thanks a lot! I would really like to find something else than GT5P now.

I'm so upset to PD about their doing. Even one new track and car every second month, and few Expert events more with 6laps, and I would be so happy. Now I'm really looking everything else. So sad.

edit: Did visit there, and after read Scaff's review, I'm only waiting my son to wake up from napkins...

I'm with you on that one. If there's a single 750pp event left I'll pick it every time. Surprised I haven't seen you online recently. What time are you usually on?
