No KERS on Team Lotus in Career?F1 2010-2016

I started my Career mode with Team Lotus and noticed I have no KERS in Practice, Quali or Race. KERS is meant to be standard for every car and its really frustrating not having it as I did rubbish in Quali getting 21st but got up to 9th in the race until I got spun out by a Williams then got penalised so I switched it off.

Do I have to wait for it to come as a car update?

Don't they? Oh gonna have to start a new career again with Williams then as I tried Force India before (though I didn't check the KERS bar) and couldn't keep it under control even though I can with Red Bulls, McLaren's etc.

I guess its seems that as they are the 3 worst teams they knew they were useless and decided not to bother with KERS.

Force India is probably the best starter team, followed by Williams. The reason the lower teams don't have kers is because they chose to spend money developing the car, much more important for them.
