No Races that require International licenses

I have finished all the café menus, have all the licenses but I don't see any races that require anything above a national A license. Does anyone know if more races are introduced at a certain collector level (I am at 31 and no sign of anything yet).

Same here. I'm done with Menus, and am at Collector level 36, and still no need for more than a Nat'l A. Strange, but I imagine PD may roll out more stuff for us in the future, that will definitely require higher level licenses.
