hmmm, thats quite amazing that nobody else found this except you!! i think i'll try out that nifty search button to see if i can find more on this.

A G25 wheel with 2 FF motors and no FF... What a waste off "developping" money.

most people who use the g25 are pc racers.

I think you would be surprised how many people use a G25 on their PS2's. Though probably not close to as many as the less expensive wheels, but I for one will never go back to the DFP (As awesome as it is) because the G25 just takes it up a huge notch.

Call it rumble or call it FF, if in the long run the PS3 doesn't allow these wheels to use FF it's a huge step backwards in the fun factor in driving games. Just my two cents. Why not just go back to using directional buttons too while we're at it. LOL :)

(jaw drops) Unbelievable! If this is true its a big disaster for the ps3. I wont be buying it and move to the racing games in the PC platform. For your information guys, the PS3 in the Philippines is priced at 1,400 dollars! not worth it. SONY WAKE UP!

I'm still waiting for SONY to come straight out and make an official statement about this, one way or another. It seems that SONY is still keeping quiet about FF and they won't comment on "future" features.

After having read the 1Up comment a number of times, I still wonder if it is based on miscommunication. It sounds as if what the SCEA is saying is that, since the palindrome controller can't do rumble without the motors and since controllers never use FF anyway, the controller will just be ignored when rumble or FF would normally be present - it just skips it.

Without SONY being even more clear and forthcoming with comments, we are still left guessing how it is all going to work out. It won't be long, though. With the Euro launch and more racing games about to be released, this question will be answered real soon.

Cheers,

MasterGT
