I have read in PSM, and in other reliable online post that there will be no vibration in PS3 controllers! What the hell is sony thinking? They have replaced it with some type of turning mechanism, that when you turn the controller...... say for instance in a flying game or something the plane will turn as well! Even if you can turn a vehicle in Vision GT by just turning the controller, I'll miss the vibrations from burning out, or raming other cars.Or for instance, in other games....the vibration from slam dunking, or tackling, or shooting a machine gun. I'm definitely still going to buy a PS3, but it seems like with this latest idea they have taken ten steps backwards!!!!

Yep - we've been discussing it in the PS3 Forum.
Personally, I disagree. Several years ago when the DS2 controler was made this "motion" technology most probably wasn't possible, if so not cheap enough, so this is really a step forward.
