No wheel sensitivity or steering lock settings?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but where do you adjust the in-game wheel sensitivity or the steering rotation lock setting? I'm using a Bodnar DD wheel but the game thinks I'm using a G29, and I don't see these options anywhere in the menus.

How do you know for sure?

This was posted in another thread:

Increasing the in-game wheel sensitivity value from 5 to 8 made the handling feel a lot less "floaty", more direct, like in a real car, in my opinion on my T150.
